charity work

I set aside half my teaching hours for charities. If you are from a social service agency (SSA) in Singapore, and would like to explore offering mindfulness-based activities or programmes for your beneficiaries or staff, please reach out. Volunteering since 2011, I believe most SSAs will benefit from such self-care skills.
