As a mindfulness trainer, I have created a structure of what to expect when you attend a mindfulness class or corporate mindfulness training. However, like most of my teachers, I stress this: it is more important to practise mindfulness. Experience first-hand at my group classes, or arrange for a private session or corporate workshop.
